An hour with a lawyer, not an intake line. $250, credited to the fee if the firm is retained. We say whether we can take the matter and what the first step is.

Miriam Hale and Andre Prior opened the practice in 2009 after several years at larger firms. The point was to keep matters with the lawyer a client actually met.
Most work starts with a consultation. We say whether we can help, what the first step is, and what it will cost. If we are the wrong office, we say that too.
Sending a message or sitting down with us does not, by itself, mean the firm represents you. That starts only when both sides have signed an engagement letter.
